Dear Chapter Presidents and Board Members,
Grace and Peace to you all.
This morning, your board met and we had a very productive meeting. We would like to pass this information on to you:
Please mark your calendars and hold the date for our South Carolina Assembly Spring Retreat, which is planned for April 9–11, 2027, at Camp St. Christopher. We are currently in the planning stages and look forward to sharing additional information and registration details later this year.
In addition, we are planning to hold our Fall Assembly this October. At this time, we are considering the following possible dates:
• October 10
• October 17
• October 24
Once the location and final date have been confirmed, we will send that information out to everyone.
We are also currently seeking two Daughters to serve as Co-Chairs of Hospitality on the Assembly Board. If you are interested in serving in this position or would like additional information about the role, please let us know.
Old Saint Andrews will be admitting three Daughters and a Chaplain on June 7, 2026. Please keep them in your prayers and join them if you are able for this joyful occasion.
Please also hold the date for the All Saints Lutheran Quiet Day at Mepkin Abbey on March 13, 2027. More details will be shared as they become available.
Also, feel free to visit our webpage, which is always a work in progress.
We look forward to gathering together in fellowship and service.
Blessings,
Janet
